How to start capture a Document quickly from home screen?
Overview: Use the home screen shortcut for rapid document acquisition and submission.
Shortcut Menu
On the Home Page, at the bottom right corner, you will find a shortcut icon. This provides quick access to Capture Assets and Capture Document.
1. Capturing Documents
- Tap the shortcut icon and select Capture Document.
- Use your camera to take a photo of the document.
- Review the captured photo and confirm if it is satisfactory.
2. Using the Document Card
After your first capture, the Document Card allows you to:
- Capture additional documents as needed.
- Re-capture a photo by clicking on it to restart the process.
- Declare relevant tags to organize the document.
3. Submitting the Document
Scroll down to find the Submit button. Once you click and confirm the action, note that the document cannot be edited.
Background Upload Progress:
The upload runs in the background so you can continue working. To monitor status:
- Go to the Document section on the Home Page.
- Check the bottom progress bar for the current upload status.
- You can start new captures even while an upload is in progress.
