How to view detail of each captured media files of Evidence?
Overview: Access high-resolution views and critical metadata for individual Photos, Videos, and Documents.
Feature Description
The View Media Detail feature provides deeper context for your evidence. By opening a media file, you can inspect it in a larger view along with essential data like timestamps and GPS location.
1. Navigate to the Assets/Document Viewer
Open the mobile app and go to the Assets/Document section where your captured media files are listed.
2. Select a Media File
From the list of Photos, Videos, or Documents, tap or click on the specific file you wish to inspect.
3. Inspect in Detail View
A detailed popup will appear:
- Enhanced Inspection: Photos and Documents are displayed on a larger screen for better clarity.
- Metadata Access: View the exact timestamp and GPS coordinates captured at the moment of recording.
Pro Tip:
To exit the detailed view and return to the list, simply tap the close button located at the top right corner of the screen.
