How to capture a Document?

Capturing a Document when declaring new Assets/Document

1. Locate the "Evidence" field Find the field labeled "Evidence" on your current screen.
2. Add Evidence Tap on the "Add evidence" button next to the "Evidence" field. A menu will appear with various options for adding evidence.
3. Select the "Document" option From the list of options, select "Document." This will activate your device's camera, allowing you to capture a Document.
4. Capture the Document Point the camera at the document you wish to capture. Once you have the desired view, press the capture button to take the photo of the document.
5. Confirm the Document After capturing the Document, review it on the screen:
Automatic GPS and Timestamp capture: The system will automatically capture the GPS location and timestamp when the Document is taken. This information will be associated with the Document in the "Evidence" field.

Note: Ensure that your device's camera and GPS permissions are enabled for the mobile app to function correctly.
