How to capture an Audio?
Overview: Record and attach high-quality audio evidence with automated metadata.
1. Locate the Evidence Field
On the asset creation page, find the section labeled "Evidence". Tap the "Add evidence" button to open the capture menu.
2. Select Audio Option
From the list of available media options, select "Audio". This will activate your device's microphone.
3. Record Your Evidence
Press the Record button to start. Speak clearly into the microphone to ensure quality. When finished, press the Stop button to end the recording.
Automated Metadata:
The system automatically captures the GPS location and Timestamp at the moment of recording. This data is permanently associated with the audio file for verification.
Permissions Required:
Ensure your device's Microphone and GPS permissions are enabled for the Evid-AI app to record successfully.
