"Wrong credentials" error when I login, what should I do?

A "Wrong credentials" error may appear for several reasons. Please review the following scenarios to resolve the issue:
1. Invalid Username or Password
Both the Username and Password fields are case-sensitive.
Tip: Use the show/hide icon (eye symbol) to toggle visibility and ensure you have entered the values correctly.
2. Email Confirmation Pending
If you recently signed up, your account is not valid until you have confirmed your email. Please check your inbox (and SPAM folder) for the confirmation link.
3. Account Status (Blocked or Deleted)
If your input is correct and your email is confirmed, your account may have a restricted status:
- Blocked User: Blocked accounts are not permitted to log in.
- Deleted User: Deleted accounts have no ability to access the system.
