How to reset my password when I forgot?
Regain access to your account by following these simple password recovery steps.
1. Click on "Forgot password"
Open the mobile app. On the Login page, find and tap the "Forgot Password" link located below the password field.
2. Enter your email address
On the "Forgot Password" page, enter the email address associated with your account and tap "Submit" or "Next".
3. Check Your Email
Look for an email with the subject "Password Reset". Open it and locate the reset link provided inside.
4. Click on the Reset Link
Click the link in your email. This will redirect you away from the app to the web portal to complete the reset.
5. Enter and Confirm Your New Password
On the web portal, enter your new password in both the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields. Click "Change Password" to finalize.
6. Login with Your New Password
Return to the mobile app and log in using your username and the new password you just created.
