How to enable biometric login (Touch ID, Face ID)?
The Enable Biometric Login feature allows users to use biometric authentication (Touch ID or Face ID) to log in securely.
1. Navigate to the My Profile Page
Open the mobile app and go to the My Profile section.
2. Select Enable Biometric Login
On the My Profile page, find and tap the option Enable Biometric Login.
3. Authenticate with Your Current Password
You will be prompted to enter your current password to authenticate and confirm that you want to enable biometric login.
4. Enable Biometric Login
Once your password is verified, biometric login (Touch ID, Face ID) will be enabled on your device.
Device Support:
Biometric login is only available on supported devices. Ensure your device model supports biometric features like Touch ID or Face ID.
Important: If your device model does not support biometric login, the option may not appear or may be unavailable for activation.
