How to share Assets/Document via QR Code or Short Link?
Generate secure links or images to share your Assets/Documents with others.
1. Access the Share Options
Locate the "QR Code" icon in the top right corner of the screen and click it to open the sharing menu.
2. Choose a Sharing Method
Select from the following available options:
- Share Link via Messaging App: Generates a short link to share through apps like WhatsApp or SMS.
- Share QR Code Image via Messaging App: Generates a QR Code image for others to scan.
- Copy Short Link to Clipboard: Copies the link so you can paste it into any other application.
3. Complete the Sharing Process
Follow the prompts for your chosen method. To exit the sharing menu, click the close button or tap outside the dialog area.
Important Requirements:
- Your device must be connected to the internet to generate links or QR codes.
- Sharing via messaging apps requires those apps to be installed and accessible on your device.
