How to filter data in Assets/Document timeline?
Filter Timeline data based on specific criteria to find relevant evidence more easily.
1. Navigate to the Timeline Page
Open the Assets/Document Timeline page where all evidences are listed.
2. Click the Filter Icon
Tap the Filter icon located at the top of the Timeline page to open your filtering options.
3. Enter Filter Criteria
When the Filter popup appears, input your desired criteria:
- Filter by Created Date: Specify a date range by selecting a "From" (start) date and a "To" (end) date.
4. Apply the Filter
The timeline will update automatically to display results based on your selected Created Date range.
Important Notes:
- Session Memory: Filter values are remembered for the current login session and remain active until you sign out.
- Resetting: To clear filters and reset the timeline view, tap the Clear button within the filter popup.
